Hundreds of artistic minds sent in their most beautiful created doodle for the Red Bull’s Doodle Art Contest. The fifteen best finalists were invited to art center Roodkapje in Rotterdam. Sioe Jeng Tsao, as being part of the national jury – have chosen unanimously for new talent Jyoti Dhanpal to represent the Netherlands during the International contest in Amsterdam, May 2023.
