For the new Haarlem store, Lush continues to build on a new concept with the aim of further improving the customer experience. This makes it easier for customers to recognize the different product categories, each with its own identity. This makes it easier and clearer where to find which products.; the first 50 customers will received this exclusive limited edition Lush Haarlem bag with fragrant goodies.
The main focus in the new store design is to keep the environmental impact as low as possible. For example, the amount of waste during the building process of the store is kept as small as possible, for example by restoring old furniture and giving it new life. This furniture is combined with new furniture made of sustainable materials.
